No data connection

My Freedompop sim used to work fine. Now it works when connected to wifi only.
When connected to data, I have no 3/4G signal, network not available and see message 'Emergency calls only'. I have checked my APN which looks fine. In the freedompop app, I have Account Not Active - Status code 300. This is incorrect as my billing cycle is on 18 days remaining and I clearly have all data left. Can someone assist please? Thanks

    my account was suspended due to unusual data activity,450 MB still left, choosing "Activate Now" is not working.please help.
