Account suspended due to billing issue. Please update you credit card or payment method.

Hi, I have the exact same problem as someone else had a few days ago.
When I enter FreedomPop app, I get an error - 'Account suspended due to billing issue. Please update you credit card or payment method'.
Also, when somebody rings my FreedomPop number, they get a message that the 'number dialed has been disconnected'. Please help.

    Hi, the last 4 digits are 4571.

    The payment method is already updated so I just took out the SIM and restarted the phone. I'm not sure what else to try. Thanks.

    Hi again,

    All the settings in the phone are still correct but a new error message has started showing when I enter the FreedomPop App. It states, 'Account Not Active: Service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please contact customer support. Contact|Dismiss'.

    Also, in my FreedomPop account, under usage, I can see that there is a problem as under minutes used it states 0/0 minutes, under messages sent it states 0/0 text messages and under data used it states 0 MB/0 MB of mobile data. Thanks again.
