WHY HAS DATA NOT BEEN CREDITED BACK FOR CALLS & TEXTS?
I gave my dad the FreedomPop Trio SIM Card. My debit card is still registered on the account. It's for the "Basic 200 Semi-Annual" tariff (free) = 200 mins/texts/MB. He only uses his phone for calls, texts and the occasional (text-format) WhatsApp message. I just logged in to see his usage and 66% (132.12/200 MB) of data has been used! I understand that calls and texts need data, however, user Vle045 says "that data should be credited back". Why has this not happened, please? Please, can you ensure the data used for calls/texts gets credited back?
