HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK

Ok, so apparently I’m signed up for a SIM card with you, totally unaware of this.

You have take £13.98 p/month x10!! And I have been totally unaware of this. I am absolutely appalled by this, as I definitely didn’t want this, and have never acknowledged this.

I have a contract with Three Mobile, and have been happy with this for the last 10years, so why has this happened.

Can someone tell me what route to go down to get my money back as I cannot afford this and has now left my bank in arrears. I have never received a SIM card nor used another SIM card in years. Thank you, in advance

    Hi there,
    I never receive a SIM card or any Post From you.
    How do I know what my account number is?

    Also, if I never received any sim card or post from you, are you sure your allowed to charge me every month. I would like a full refund on all the payments you have taken from my bank, and I don’t want to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service to get my money back, as I will also take you the the papers and express my feelings about this.
