New Sim. Number not recognized.

Hi, I have a brand new sim. I have tried it in several phones. I can call out but when I try to call back to the number all I get is "number not recognized"
Can anyone help?
Really puzzled, my other freedom pop sims work just fine.

    Hi, I have the same issue on both IOS and Android.
    I don't think it is phone related, as I can use other freedom pop sims in both of the phones.

    I will only use Android from now on.
    It is a Samsung s5 running Android 7.1.2

    Hi, I have done all that, except the login with number. The app will not let me log out. If I restart the phone it logs me in by email without asking.
    I can still text out, call out and get mobile data.
    I still get number not recognized when I call in.

    Can you give me a new number on this SIM?
    Or can I cancel this SIM and get a refund?

    I have deleted and reinstalled the app over 10 times now.
    It does not let me choose a new number, unless I pay £5.
    I have clicked "sync" so many times. It does not change the settings at all.
    I am paying for a non working service. I am not happy and will cancel this.
    I will need a full refund as it has never worked.

    Sorry for the delay in replying.
    Just to be clear, the account is not in good standing. It does not work to accept incoming calls
    I can call ALL other numbers. I cannot text it either.

    I can text out and call out.

    Every time I call the number, from any phone, I get "this number is not recognised"
    I don't think it is a problem with the phone.
    I have tried multiple phones.
    I have tried the software on multiple instances on multiple phones.
    I have factory reset the phones.


    I just want to cancel this SIM.
    What is the best way to do this?

    Hi,

    That number does not work.
    If I cancel online will i get a full refund?

    Is there anywhere i can actually speak to someone about my account?

    All the numbers I can find send me in a loop, or back this forum or do not work at all.

    This is becoming ridiculous.

    Ok.

    All SIM cards cancelled.

    No more freedom pop for me.
