New Sim: After activation, 'Order Shipped' Page

Hello,
I received the SIM yesterday and have had loads of trouble. I activated the SIM and then logged in, and the page it comes to is the 'Order Shipped' page. Also, I woke up this morning to find that my phone no longer detects the FreedomPop network. Please help.
