No Service for 3 days

Hi,
my new billing cycle started on 24th October yet I have had no service & account still shows alert on homepage.
Please help as I've had no reply to ticket & had no phone service for 3 days now.

    We are sorry to learn you haven't had service for this long. Can you please confirm the full phone number in question? It seems it's not under the email you use for your forum user.
