SIM detected but no Service, bars or data when transferring SIM back to old phone from a temporary

Ok, so I put my Freedom Pop SIM card into a temporary phone (namely a cubot Echo) whilst I fixed my Doogee S60.

I put the Freedom Pop SIM card back into the orignal phone I started the contract with and it worked on 4G for a little while then lost reception and will not gain any service at all - no bars, no service, 'Emergency calls Only'

I then took the SIM card out and put it back into the temporary phone and it worked, however when I tried to run Freedom Pop after reinstalling as had removed it from my temporary phone ready to give to someone else, it wouldn't saying

'contact customer support to activate'

Er.. so what do I do?
