I ran out of data last cycle and now that I'm on the new cycle I tried using my phone, but I keep getting the account not active pop up. I checked my account and I clearly have data, minutes and texts ready to use, but it just won't let me use them. I tried syncing my account, still no luck.
I would like an admin to help me swap two existing FP phone numbers on basic LTE 3 in 1 sim cards and prepaid 12 months plan. Both cards are currently active.Thanks,

Hello Staff,I would like to swap the sim card from one of my freedompop phone LG G3 to another LG G3. One of the LG G3, the motherboard is not working. I want to use its SIM card for my other LG G3 that the SIM card is not working. I took the SIM card from the LG G3 phone (motherboard is not working) and put in the LG G3 phone (SIM card is not working) and receive a message "Invalid SIM". Thanks,Hai Dang
Hello,I tried to port in my number from ATT last night.The first try I had the incorrect PIN, but the secondattempt seemed to go through, my old phone with ATTeven says "unprovisioned sim" now.However, my FreedomPop sim still shows and calls from the old number.The website says the port was successful, "Transfer Status: Your number transfer process has been completed!Your phone number transfer from your previous carrier to has been completed." Where I noticed it seems to be missing some info (from your previous carrier to ->?blank?<- has been) but I have no idea if that's just a typo or not.I have tried uninstalling the app, clearing data/cache, rebooting, syncing data and trying a different phone all with the same result.</blockquote>Hello ACOney83! Ok further noticing, the link for this service contains '/private wifi/' and is actually an optional service when you already have the VPN service (it appears inside the group of VPN services listing). So it is not clear to the customer when clicking the service by itself out of the full services available that it applies only to VPN accounts and those using that app. So the service description needs edited ;-)
