I want to transfer my existing FP phone number to a new carrier. The new carrier says the message they receive from FP is that the PIN is incorrect even though I've set it on the Account Settings page. Acct# is 6085120188.Looking for help here since I've tried logging into the Support page but it rejects my username/password even after a pw reset.

On the Freedompop website, logged into my account, if I click on "Manage Settings", then "Port Out Info" under the account section, it says:"An error occurred. Please try again."I have tried logging out and back in and waiting several hours, but no amount of trying again is resolving this error.
