I activated my sim upgrade with my old number because of free 2gb premier for a month offer, I had the free basic plan . Now it has also charged me $48.96 as a monthly charge.The funny thing is the 2gb premier plan is not even 48.96. I already downgraded my account and the charge was just today, can you please take off the charge.

My FreedomPop Moto E 2nd Gen LTE phone has malfunctioned. I've ordered and received a replacement SIM card for my new phone. I need to assign my existing FreedomPop number/account to the new LTE SIM, and cancel the new account! I have already activated the new LTE SIM.Thanks you in advance
I started using FreedomPop over the past weekend, and connected with no issues and made a few phone calls and sent texts over WiFi and on the cellular data plan. This morning the messaging app retuned an error and told me it was only able to send emergency texts, and would not connect any phone calls. The messaging app is "Locating user for device" continuously, and even after I rebooted the phone, tried clearing the app's cache, and tried clearing the app's data, it is still doing the same thing. The SIM is in the phone, the APN is set correctly (other apps are getting data through) and connecting to a WiFi network doesn't even solve the problem. Why is my service not connecting?
I wanted to port my number from FP to AT&T and AT&T says that account number I provided from PORT OUT information at my account page is invalid, I am not sure if its account problem or pin issue. I checked my FP account to see if I can find any additional information but there wasn't any.
