Trouble connecting to hotspot

Recently started using the Rocket sleeve with the free monthly 500 MB as a mobile hotspot. Worked beautifully the first couple of times, now I whenever I try to join the hotspot all I get is a window asking my email and what device I have. After providing the email I get an "email already in use message" and that's it. No working hotspot.

I wasn't expecting much from a free service, but this is, shall we say, a little disappointing.

    Sound like your activation was partially lost. But it still remembers that the email was 'used'. @Ali is there anything this user could do without assistance of an admin ? Or is this a server side repair ?

    Looks like device isn't activated. @AlexM Could you try to use a different email address?
