SIM lock after network timeout - ICC ID
Hi, I was hoping you can help me, I purchased a Galaxy Tab 3 for Sprint and activated it over the phone earlier today, the agent never got the SIM card number from me, and after two trips to the Sprint store to buy new SIM cards and spending 2+ hours on the phone with FP support I've read in the forums that the ICC ID number was required and that is why I have no 4G service and the 3G disables after about 10 min, is there anyway someone from support can help me add the SIM ID or remove/add the phone back?
