my order is stuck in "kitting" stage.

t has been over a month since I placed an order. My credit card has been charged some 3 weeks back and even now my order shows in "kitting" stage.
I have talked to 800 number a couple times and the only assurance I got was that they would make a note.
I am disgusted with Freedompop's poor customer service and delivery commitment. If I do not receive my phone in next one week, not only would I dispute payment with my credit card company but also put my negative experiences with Freedompop in all possible online forums

Please check the email associated with your forum profile as an agent will contact you. Replying to the email from support can be done as you would a regular email (no need to log-in into Zendesk). :3

    Credit cards should be charged at the time of the actual shipping...
