WiFi (VOIP) calling help (not call quality, just being able to make a call)

Has anyone else experienced issues getting calls to connect when using wifi?

The most recent messaging app update has been the best yet (higher percentage of time I can make calls), but still doesn't work great.

Calling works fine over 4G, and sometimes over wifi. Other times over wifi, however, the phone cannot make a connection. It asks me if I'd like to try Premium Voice. The signal is not weak though.

If FreedomPop could add some advanced diagnostic codes to see what exactly was going on that would help.

I don't think it is my router as I have taken it to a friends house and I can complete calls fine there. There seems to be some interaction with my ISP (I have DSL vs. my friend's Cable?).

    Did you try turning automatic ports off and setting it to 5060?

    Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it and was able to call a few times. But later that day calls no longer worked over wifi.
