Account update

My phone service hasn't been working since the new billing cycle started. Big red letters on the page says "account issue". Please help. Just noticed this is under another account. I thought I logged in with that account, but had to do it on another phone since the phone with that account is not working. Anyway, please ignore this message, and I just post the same question under the correct account. Thanks.
