Unable to send/receive calls, text, or use data.

This has been an issue since the fifteenth of June. We had a bad storm the previous night, so I just thought it was a temporary issue, but I still can not make calls, receive calls, text, or use data.

I have full bars on a 4G LTE network, but I can't use it. I've updated the Profile and PRL, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the FP messenger, I've reset my phone and logged out of my account and back in, but I can't do anything with my phone.
