Groupon let me keep the phone so I suppose I will try it out again.
I need to start over with the free account (Not necessarily the one month trail but the basic free would be fine).
How do I do this?

Please check the email associated with your forum profile as an agent will contact you. Replying to the email from support can be done as you would a regular email (no need to log-in into Zendesk).

I got my phone (FreedomPop Samsung S3) set up with a new account via telephone customer service.
However, the phone will not allow me to turn on wifi in order to complete the activation. I slide WiFi to "on" and it just slides back to "off".
