Downgrade (Request Pro-Rate Refund)
My in-laws came for a visit for a couple of months so I went ahead and purchased the 10GB 8X plan (because I thought we might need more internet). They're done with their visit so I went ahead and downgraded back to the 1GB Free plan on 06/08/15. I was wondering since my bill date is the 2nd and I was billed for the entire month of June, when I downgraded on the 8th, would I be entitled to a refund for the number of days remaining in June?
