Can't get my account activated

Can I get admin help with my account being activated? I have received my Hub Burst, but when I try to get on the internet, I am directed to the account activation page which is stuck at "Device Allocated". I would love to be able to use the internet at home rather than waiting until I got to work everyday to be able to access my e-mails.
