Charged 17 Days Before I Even Got The Phone

Twitter MSG I Sent late last night:

Hi. Just got my phone today ([email protected]) but home says "Billing Cycle: 12 days left". That's not right. Should start tomorrow

It's 9pm on july 1st. I just got it. So only makes sense for plan to start tomorrow. You cant count shipping time for sure. Please fix. TY

Their response:

"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot change billing dates."

So I just lose 17 days worth of service because it took you an entire month to get the phone to me. Are you serious!

Pretty sure that's illegal! Please, I really dont want to have to tell my bank to refund me and send the phone back.

Just add the 17 days to my account please.
