How to switch a Freedompop device from one existing account to another existing account?

Hi, I have a device that I accidentally purchased using an account that already had a working, active device. I'd like to switch this device to a different Freedompop account that I have, but I can't see any way to do this. I've seen others ask this question and I've messaged the mods but I saw that a new Discussion was the only way to get assistance. I have the account and device information ready to send.
