Freedompop no show

Freedompop no longer shows in list of available wifi networks. All the lights on the Freedom Burst hub are on the WiFi icon light is blinking. It appears that the antenna has gone bad. I'm trying to buy a replacement device. When I click on a device in products I get sent to my home page. Is Freedompop now just a shell now without any support or products?

    Try signing out of the Freedompop web site before clicking on the device in products - if you're currently logged in the website tends to funnel you back to your home page.
