Keep getting a data error because I "left my home network", but I haven't left my home network.

The error says "you have lost data connectivity because you left your home network with data roaming turned off". I'm sitting in my room.

I restarted the phone and it went away for a minute, now it's back and won't leave. I don't know if I should turn my data roaming on... or if I'll get charged for that.

Any way to fix this?

    @Alisha McAdams You will not be charged for data roaming.

    If you're having issues with roaming on a Partner network, please update your PRL and Profile under Settings -> System Updates -> Update PRL/Profile
