Cannot get a data connection after period of no use.

When I received the Freedomstick I installed the required software and it connected up without a hitch, but I didn't use my it for about six months. Then when I tried to use it again I couldn't get a connection. I logged into my account and received a message that it was trying to reactivate service, but ultimately it failed and the Freedomstick fails to connect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hello @hunchan Your device may go into a temporary dormant state after an extended period with no reported data usage and in this case this happened to your account but I will have a forum agent assist you with this. Feel free to update your thread after the completion of your request so other users with similar requests can view the steps taken :) Please check the email associated with your forum profile as an agent will contact you. Replying to the email from support can be done as you would a regular email (no need to log-in into Zendesk). :3
