Trouble activating on Freedompop

The phone can accept / make calls fine on WIFI but it won't connect to 3G/4G. It seems like the phone isn't tied to FreedomPop in some way because I have the ability to re-activate the phone back on Ting (the previous carrier).

I've tried the MSL reset. The phone shows as being tied to some random sprint account.

Can someone on Freedompop's end do anything to fix this?
