    @PhilWangS3 The device swap process requires you to open a new account so that your devices can be swapped.

    OK, I read the forum instructions. I activated the S4 under a temp account I created named [email protected] Please swap the S4 into my original account, deactivate the temp acct, and refund my BYOD fee. Thank you.

    @PhilWangS3 An admin will be here tomorrow to issue a ticket for this process to be completed. Due to policy changes for BYOD fees being refunded you unfortunately won't be able to receive a BYOD fee refund.
