    Hello @Christopher Wierzbicky please activate your Note 3 under a new account through our byod funnel "freedompop.com/byod" and if the device is successfully activated I will be glad to swap out your old device. As for the Unlimited data plan, if the account is not an annual plan I don't see why you wouldn't be eligible for it, however the price for the Unlimited data is $24.99 as it is now packaged as a bundle with Unlimited talk/text as well.
