Cannot receive calls...

Dont know whats up with this. Tried everything, updated PRL and Profile, did a soft reset... I can MAKE calls and I can send and receive texts...

But I sat right next to my phone with someone elses phone and tried to call myself 5 times and my phone didnt ring or notify even once.

    Replied to the agent, I used the wrong account to post this, I have a nexus 5 and this account is an evo 4g, to be clear it's the nexus 5 that can't receive calls. Waiting for the agent to respond still, fingers crossed

    I replied to the email I got stating that it was the nexus 5 but today I got an email saying my ticket was closed due to inactivity :(

    If you are having trouble with the FreedomPop messaging app registering, always try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work download push notification fixer (no root) from the play store. make sure both intervals are set to 5 minutes and click apply.

    folk, my issue is resolve after I uninstall FP voicemail update and use old version. Now my FP voicemail v.4.0.10.1023. you can try yours , it may helps
