Sign into network message won't let me connect

I keep getting a notification saying "Sign into network" - Sprint. When I go to it nothing happens, then I press menu and select "Use this network as is", the 3G icon shows up but there is still not data connection.

I have 87mb left in my account, I use a Nexus 5 with Android 5.1 (Freedompop Rom). I've tried PRL and Profile updates but nothing helps.

My phone is currently useless, can someone please help?

    Data usage will shut down when you have less than 100MB left unless you have Top-up turned on in the billing settings. The 100MB buffer is because Sprint does not immediately report data usage to FP. The reporting delay can be 3 hours or sometimes longer.
