Unable to use my LG Viper 4G LTE

I tried to use my Viper last week after not having used it for about a month. I was unable to get a connection to 3G or LTE. When I connect to Wifi, I am able to use the messaging app.

When I try to log into my account in the FreedomPop app, the app crashes right after I tap the login button. When I log into the web site, the bandwidth usage meter is entirely missing from the homepage.

As far as I can tell, the account does not say that it is suspended anywhere on the website. When I go to the Account Overview page, it lists the data plan as "Pro 500MB (4G/3G)", which is correct, but everywhere else on the site (homepage usage meter, account "Usage" page, account "Plans" page, etc.) there is no mention of this plan.

How can I get my phone to work properly again?
