When will my phone ship??

I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S3 on 8/7 and the status has been stuck at "Device Allocated" since then. The initial email I received said that it should ship within 10 days. When will it ship? I've also sent an email to your the FreedomPop Support email and it has passed the 24 hour response window.

    I am very sorry to let you know that your Phone has not yet shipped, as we are dealing with a slight unexpected back order for this phone model. I can confirm that your order is in accepted status with our Logistics Partner, and it will be shipping as soon as the final updates of our Custom ROM are applied. Once your Freedom Phone ships, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking information.

    How "slight unexpected back order" is it for the iPhone 5? I placed an order on July 29th for my daughter and it still has not shipped. 4 days ago I sent an email to freedom pop and have not received a reply. The website states it's in Kitting status.
