Transfer number between freedompop accounts

Please transfer the phone number from my old phone to my new phone. Old account under email address: aryaygeff(at)yahoo(dot)com and new account under: aryaygeff(at)gmail(dot)com?

Also, please close and refund the activation fee for the second "dummy" account" which was used minimally only to test phone's activation status, if at all possible.

    @Jeff1234 Could you confirm that you would like to swap your iPhone 5 onto your old account which would allow the iPhone to retain the old number. Another option would be to cancel the old account and transfer over your old phone to the new account and refund you the activation fee as request, would just like to clarify so I apologize for any confusion on your end.

    @Jeff1234 I have gone ahead and cancelled your old account and issued a refund for the activation fee. I was also successfully able to transfer your old number into your new iPhone account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your end :)

  • Hello @benleefp2 I reviewed the ticket as noticed that you asked if we can "move my old account to my new account". I can simply just activate your new phone to your old account, please let me know if this is what you would like us to do for you.
