"DNA Database for BYOD"

One of the support people on here told me that I had to call Sprint support and tell them this, but I've spoken to half a dozen Sprint techs and none of them have any idea what I'm talking about. I am trying to bring an iPad Mini 2 (unlocked, originally GSM - but supports CDMA) to FreedomPop. They continue to bleat on and on "if you want to add a device you need a line of service...". I explain to them I am trying to sign up with a MVNO and they say "...what's that?"

    So apparently I am supposed to contact "international" tech support for this but they have no idea what I am talking about, either. Freedompop tech support says the iPad Mini 2 isn't supported, but I can find multiple instances on this forum where people have managed to activate it.

    So the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, and the brain seems to be out to lunch. I can hardly complain because the service is free, but honestly...
