Can't receive Visual Voicemail messages

I have Visual voicemail as part of my plan. I recently upgraded to the latest version of Android. Ever since I haven't been able to access my voicemail either from the Messaging app or the visual voicemail app?

When I open the voicemail app it tells me I have to have the service. When I hit okay and it tries to connect me I get a message saying "Phone is not activated" All of my other freedompop services seem to work fine. When I sync account data I get the check mark saying "Setup is complete."
