    I down loaded thé software and I got a " can't open file message".

    In my area I can not use the 4G WiFi. but I have tried this device on 3G. I was really surprised at how fast it actually did work. It even worked well in mountainous areas that I have never before been able to get any type of coverage while on the road. Looking forward to 4G lte device when it becomes available with USB connection.
