My HTC Evo 4G will not connect to internet

My phone has been unable to connect to the internet since Friday night. I usually connect with 3G, so it shouldn't have anything to do with the sunset issue I've read about. The little circular "refresh" icon has also not disappeared from the top of my phone since Friday night, like it is trying to refresh, but can't. When I try to go online I get redirected to the following message: "Freedompop's network is currently experiencing a technical problem. Please wait a few minutes and then try connecting again." Last time this happened, I think someone reset my phone remotely, or something. Please help!

    @Rebecca Ouellette Please dial ##72786# when connected to wifi and your phone will fix itself. :)

    I tried dialing the above number, but unfortunately it didn't help. I went so far as doing a factory reset but now my phone won't recognize the Freedom Pop software, I put in my email and then it reloads to the same screen asking me to put in my email again. I'm really not sure what to do at this point.
