How do I send it back for replacement/repair?

    Not trying to hijack this thread, but I have the same problem.

    The phone's face has such a deep scracth that I can feel it with my fingernail and the battery is DOA.

    PM'ed Jorge M. and Karina, no reply.

    Spoke with Tech Support, they wouldn't replace the phone.

    Asked TS to cancel account, was told they couldn't and was transferred to CS -- nobody answered the phone.

    I want to be a believer, but it's getting increasingly more difficult to be one with FP's disfunctional Tech Support and Customer Service.
