LG G2 has trouble staying connected in a strong coverage area

CHRIS SMITHCHRIS SMITH Posts: 6FreedomPop Newbie
Hello I just bought a LG G2 from freedom pop. The phone works great but the network not so much. Their coverage maps shows great reception(pic) in my area so I'm kinda baffled. I have sprint devices from other carries and they all work great in my area too.

@CHRIS SMITH Did you try dialing ##72786# to fix network connectivity problems?

@CHRIS SMITH RW and FP use the same network so it should be working fine, I'm not sure why. How many signal bars do you get?

on my moto g with RW i get 5/6 bars, so a really strong cell signal, 3g can be spotty but usually a pretty good connection as well( no 4g or lte on moto g)
on my LG G2 with FP I have a very hard time getting even a single bar, let alone a data signal.
