Desperately in need of help

I connected my phone to Wi-Fi and set everything up. Unfortunately I got a message that my phone was not authorized to call this number. Now I have two phones and support won't answer anything at all, even though it's during hours. I spent around $140 on two phones that I and my wife need but can't use. Someone please help. Support is completely ignoring all requests from everyone, I have confirmed this with several other people.
