anyone can help?, no cell network

Hi, please help. there's no cell network for 2 days but using wifi is ok.
yesterday it won't let me login to Messaging, I can only use the Free Voice

    Your account shows that there is no device activated, the MEID you provided me with was deactivated on the account. Had you deactivated it by any chance? If not then I will be happy to reactivate it on the account.

  • Hello @David Chan I see that they have informed you that you will need to activate the device on a new account in order for us to transfer it over to your existing account. If this is a FreedomPop phone then you will not need to do this but if its a BYOD you will need to go through this funnel:
