My phone stopped making calls "Message 4, switch 384"

Today I started getting an error when placing outgoing calls. I got a recorded message saying that my account was not authorized to call this particular number (I tried several numbers), and to call customer service, then it said Message 4, switch 384". I tried about 5 times. Same thing. I did notice that the call was trying to go to premium voice. I rebooted the phone, and then everything was back to normal. Anyone else get this occasionally? Any idea about a cause?
