Having trouble activating my iPhone 6S Plus

Hi, I have recently purchased my iPhone 6S Plus from apple store. I paid in full and have checked with sprint to get the device unlocked. The agent from sprint told me that the device is unlocked and can be used for other carriers. I tried to activate through your website and did not work, even though it had a promotion for iPhone 6s. If someone can help me out with this would be great. Thanks!
