Cannot downgrade Premium Voice service [Incident: 151012-001305]‏

I am unable to remove the premium voice feature from my account. Every time I try, it tells me that my password is incorrect, even though it isn't. I know this because I'm using the same password that I use to log on to my account and I even tried resetting it to no avail. When I used the online support, I was told to call customer service. The option when I called customer service was to use the website. Please advise on what to do in order to remove this feature.
