Got new SIM card... but says No Service

I was having issues with the phone and tech support recommended a new SIM card. I got a new SIM card, installed it and now it gets past the activation... but it says NO SERVICE.

Is there someplace I need to put the new sim number in on the website? Or will it associate the SIM and the MAC automatically?
