Please Downgrade Me

I have already been charged with tomorrow's date even though I chose the downgrade option today. Please reverse this charge and downgrade me. Phone# ending in 4262.

    I apologize for this inconvenience, I have gone ahead and refunded you the charge. Please allow 3-4 business days to appear on your account. Your plan has already been downgraded, you should no longer receive any charges for this.

    Thank you so much for addressing this promptly! The credit shows with my bank. My one concern is that my device page is still showing 2 GBs left. I expected 500 MBs after the downgrade. I don't want to get something for nothing. :)
  • @Reggie_Larson It wont reflect until 11/25 since you had already paid for the plan, so its giving you the 2gb plan until the renewal. Once the plan renews again it will show the 500mb plan.
