Second Hotspot Not Getting Freedom Friends Bonus Data

Dale HargroveDale Hargrove Posts: 2FreedomPop Newbie
I have two Freedom Spot 803S LTE Hotspots both purchased and active on the same FreedomPop Account. Only the first hotspot seems to get the Freedom Friends Data Bonus, and according to CS and FP Forums it appears that the only way to fix the issue is to get each device de-activated and re-activated on separate accounts. Is that correct? Tried calling to get this done and for clarification, but was wondering if you guys could help out and fix the issue so I can get the full amount of data every month. Thanks!

That information is correct, although you really only need to deactivate the second one.
Want a free lte sim? Message me and ill give you a credit card to purchase it!

If you are having trouble with the FreedomPop messaging app registering, always try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work download push notification fixer (no root) from the play store. make sure both intervals are set to 5 minutes and click apply.

We would be glad to assist you with this, like Ryan stated you will need to deactivate only your second device. There is no need to deactivate both of them, once I deactivate your device you will need to go to the following link below to activate your device. Please let me know when you would like me to deactivate your device.

Sorry for the late response @Karina Magana ! Yeah if you could de-activate just the second hotspot on the account, that would be amazing as long it can be immediately re-activated using that link. Thanks for the help!
