Something is using my data when I am not around

Something is using my data according to the records on the freedompop website. I changed my wifi passphrase and the password to make changes on the router and it still happens. I have it plugged into my computer but I've disabled the device on device manager on the computer so it shouldn't be tethering. Anyone have any ideas?
