Hello, I need to switch one account and phone number from my old, broken phone to my new phone.

    We would be glad to assist you, I wanted to confirm if you have activated your new device. If not you will first you will need to activate the phone through our BYOD funnel: http://www.freedompop.com/byod

    Once that has been done I will move your phone over to your existing account, we will need to do this since your phone is not in our system. After you have activated the phone on a new account please let me or Jorge M know so that we can transfer your new device.
