I am on Free plan, account says suspended due to billing error

I should not have a billing error, since there should have been no bill. I do not have auto top-up or any other service. Nothing on my end has changed -- same valid credit card.

I have not upgraded or bought any extra minutes at all, nor do I intend to. I am not going to "update" my CC info, because it is correct.

The only thing I can figure is that this is the first time I have run out of minutes. Not sure that would matter, as I did not buy more minutes, nor do I plan to. I should have had my new billing date started today.

I would like my free account reinstated.

    Not sure what happened, as I did not get a reply here, nor have i received a reply to the ticket I submitted, but suddenly I don't have a "billing error" anymore. ;)

    So, thank you to whoever fixed it.
