My LG Optimus F3 cannot make a phone call and cannot receive a phone call either. Is my account locked? Please help me! Thanks.

    Is this issue happening on wifi, cellular, or both?

    If you are having trouble with the FreedomPop messaging app registering, always try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work download push notification fixer (no root) from the play store. make sure both intervals are set to 5 minutes and click apply.

    I have updated the data plan. However, the phone still cannot make a phone call. I can receive message, but cannot sent messages. It is not connected to 3g or 4g. Could you please help with this? Thanks.

    Please attempt a PRL update, I have provided you with the steps below:

    Steps to update the PRL on your LG Optimus F3

    Keeping your Preferred Roaming List (PRL) up-to-date can improve your network coverage if you are roaming.

    From the home screen, tap Apps.
    Scroll to and tap Settings.
    Scroll to and tap System updates.
    Tap Update PRL and wait until it completes.
    Tap OK.
    You've now updated the PRL.
    Tap Update Profile.
    Once completed, your phone may or may not reboot.

    Very frustrated. I updated the data plan on Nov. 20. More than 8 days passed, the phone still can NOT make a call or send a text message.

    Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? Also try push notification fixer from the App Store. Both intervals should be set to 5 minutes each. Click apply and see if that helps.
