New iPhone 5 keeps saying "invalid sim"

I just bought this through the FreedomPop website and I keep getting the messages "sim locked" and "invalid sim." I have restarted my device, reset my connections, taken the sim card out an put it back in, and completely reset my phone. How do I fix this?

    Can you please confirm if you have either one of these SIMS CZ2104LWR or SIMGLW406R.

    I have the exact same situation; what was the way forward on this? I don't see a part number for my sim due to it arriving in the phone from FreedomPop.
